More and more electricity requirement with fast economic development,and the electric grid had spreaded nearly all the country.Since the most breakdowns in electric grid are caused by electric machine breakdown,and transformer is the indispensable machine,so the transformer breakdown online monitor is vital to the safety and stability of electric power system to keep electric grid work stablely.Infrared thermography work as an effective breakdown diagnose methodology,which can monitor the thermal status distribution of transformer,visualize the infrared thermography,and do analysis on the infrared thermography to diagnostic analysis the potential risk or breakdown of transformer.Construct a system to online monitor transformer breakdown using infrared diagnostic technology base on the project practice requirement.At the beginning,collect the infrared image of transformer,and use weight averaging filtering method,wavelet semi-soft threshold filtering method,or both of the two methods to denoise.Chose the third method due to using both of these two methods can effectively denoise and optimize the image quality.Secondly,use histogram equalization and wavelet transformation to enhance the image quality,and wavelet transformation methodology can enhance the contrast significantly.Thirdly,use histogram threshold segmentation,edge detection method,or automatic threshold segmentation to do image segmentation base on Otsu,and do comparison analysis on the simulation result to use the automatic threshold segmentation base on Otsu.Construct the good base by denoising,enhancing,and segmenting the infrared image of transformer.Will descript the transformer breakdown types,and choose image matching and identification base on ASIFT algorithm comparing with neural network.As for topological matrix modification methodology,which can automatically locate the transformer breakdown,and descript six breakdown diagnose methods.Choose breakdown diagnose method base on relative temperature difference.The used identification and diagnose methods are accessible base on previous chapters.
