In recent years,with the rapid development of rail transportation,steel truss bridge has been widely used in construction of railway bridges with increasingly novel structure system,expanding complicated layout and progressively larger scale.However,because of the increasing accident in the steel structure construction process,the studies of the construction monitoring technology and the applications have provided the safety of the structural constructions.This thesis is to study the construction monitoring technology based on the project of a 96 m span simply-supported steel truss bridge named Guizhulin on Ruichang-Jiujiang Railway.Firstly the detailed methods of the monitoring in steel truss bridge construction process at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly the main measuring methods and means of the deformation,stresses and the construction environmental in the construction process of steel structure are introduced.Then,the latest application example has been compared and listed.The Guizhulin Bridge is a 96 m span simply-supported steel truss bridge on Ruichang-Jiujiang railway which was constructed with the translation method.In the thesis,the mechanical models for the temporary piers and slipway-beams in the construction were established firstly.Then the finite element method was used to analyze the stress and deformation status of the auxiliary structures in construction.Moreover,the site test was done to monitor the high stress zone of the auxiliary structures in the construction process.According to the results of the test and finite element analysis,the mechanical model and the stress strength of the slipway-beam in the construction process were evaluated and analyzed.Eventually,it is found that the computed results of the stresses of the focused members with finite element method are in agreement with the measured ones in the construction process.And the profile data of bridge completion conform with the requirements of the design,which guaranteed that the auxiliary structures are safe and the steel truss bridge has good construction quality.
