Bank slope governance has played a huge social benefit,economic benefit and environmental benefit in flood control,irrigation,water supply,shipping,soil and water conservation and so on,and played a great role in national economic construction and social security.The safety monitoring of bank slope is based on the analysis and processing of the timing data generated by the monitoring instrument to reveal the working status of the bank slope and ensure its safe operation.It plays an important role in the bank slope management.Under normal circumstances,the monitoring points on the bank slope are numerous,the monitoring project is complicated,the monitoring area is widely distributed,and It constitutes a complex monitoring system.The amount of monitoring data is also large.This thesis has research and development bank slope safety monitoring information system,realize the systematic management of bank slope safety monitoring.Based on the GIS platform,the visualization model of riverside bank slope was established by using TIN surface and grid surface respectively.Through the three-dimensional modeling software Sketchup to adding texture on the surface of the grid and make it more intuitive.The monitoring data of rainfall,displacement and osmotic pressure are effectively managed by the bank slope monitoring database.Based on the monitoring data,the BP neural network model and the GM(1,1)model were constructed to reveal the variation of the bank slope displacement and osmotic pressure under the influence of time,water level and rainfall.Using Visual Basic language,the calculation of the model is realized by programming.The results show that BP neural network model and GM(1,1)model can well fit and predict the change of bank slope and osmotic pressure.Based on the Visual Studio platform,the visualization module is constructed.Through the import of TIN model and grid model,the related functions of visualization and measurement of the bank slope monitoring and the attribute query are realized.The data management and analysis module is constructed,and the monitoring data management and the real-time analysis and forecasting of the monitoring data are realized by establishing the connection with the monitoring database and the external monitoring model program.The example of HeYueZhou riverside bank slope monitoring information system development shows that this system has realized the informatization?visualization?and systematization of bank slope safety monitoring,and provided the conditions of timely and effective preventive measures for bank slope reinforcement and operation.
