With the leaping development of China’s infrastructure construction,the scale of tunnel engineering projects is becoming larger and more complex,which brings new challenges to tunnel monitoring.How to achieve efficient integrated management of monitoring data and realize real-time visual warning based on information technology has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes typical tunnel engineering as the research object,and combines the advantages of BIM technology in information integration and three-dimensional visualization,and proposes a BIM-based tunnel construction visualization monitoring and early warning method.By establishing a monitoring information management system,the monitoring data is loaded,managed,and applied.And use IFC as the carrier for the expression of monitoring information,integrate the monitoring information with the model,and realize the monitoring and warning visualization based on the BIM model,specifically including the following research content:(1)Study the framework of the visual monitoring and early warning system,put forward a plan for integrated management of monitoring information,and analyze the needs of the visual monitoring and early warning system for the monitoring model from the model level,and put forward the monitoring information expression plan and lightweight plan of the model.It is proposed to use IFC as a carrier for monitoring information expression and analyze its feasibility.(2)The description mechanism of the sensor entity information in the IFC framework and the expansion method of the IFC information are studied,and the Ifc Sensor entity attribute expansion method based on the "general attribute set type attribute set" is proposed,and the displacement,stress and Information about sensors such as acceleration is expanded.(3)Propose a database-based monitoring information management method,use SQL Server to establish a monitoring information database for tunnel construction,and realize automatic loading of monitoring information,interactive data query,over-limit warning and ADO.NET and Winform technology Functions such as monitoring data export.(4)In response to the input requirements of IFC file monitoring information,IFC automated reading and writing program was developed to realize the automatic reading of the latest monitoring information of each measuring point from the monitoring information database,and using GUID as the logo to automatically write the monitoring information to In the IFC file,realize the expression of IFC monitoring information.At the same time,a visualization system was built based on Revit Dynamo,combining Python and Revit API to realize the function of each module in the system.In the system,by selecting the sensor component in the IFC model,the monitoring data of the corresponding measuring point can be automatically extracted and analyzed,and the health status of the tunnel structure can be displayed in different colors to realize the visual monitoring and warning based on the BIM model.(5)Taking the Dahengqin tunnel project as an example,the visual monitoring and early warning method for tunnel construction based on BIM proposed in this paper is applied to the construction monitoring of tunnel intersections.The safety of the tunnel structure can be intuitively judged through the model,and the text is verified.The feasibility of the method.
