The Utility tunnel,which is called the underground city pipeline integrated corridor.That is a tunnel space underground in the city,integrating various engineering pipelines such as electricity,communication,gas,heat supply,water supply and drainage,etc.,with special inspection ports,lifting ports and monitoring systems.It can implement unified planning,unified design,unified construction and management,and is an important infrastructure and "lifeline" to ensure urban operation.The integrated pipe gallery has become an important part of the modernization of the city,and the security monitoring is an important support for the safety of it.With the rapid development of optoelectronic devices and fiber optic technology,fiber optic sensing technology is increasingly used in pipe gallery security monitoring.However,there are some shortcomings existed in the current security monitoring information management system(IMS)of pipe gallery,such as monitoring intuitiveness,real-time alarm,and generality of information management,etc.Thus it is difficult to make full use of the advantages of optical fiber sensing technology,i.e.,dense sampling points,good real-time performance,and monitoring diversity.In order to give full play to the advantages of optical fiber sensing technology in the security monitoring of pipe gallery,this dissertation implemented a study of the security monitoring IMS suitable to optical fiber sensing technology.Based on the characteristics of optical fiber sensing technology and needs of the security monitoring business of the pipe gallery,we designed the module to realize the system eventually.The IMS was deployed in a working underground utility tunnel in the Hengqin Special District(Zhuhai,China)in March 2017,and has been functioning satisfactorily since.The main research contents of this dissertation are listed as follows: 1.The background of optical fiber sensing technology was introducted in detail,based on which we analyzed the characteristics of optical fiber sensing in pipe gallery monitoring.And then the advantages of optical fiber sensing technology were analyzed through the practical application of optical fiber sensing solution in Hengqin pipe gallery.2.In order to fully take advantage of the distributed measurement,continuity measurement and high precision of optical fiber sensing technology,a visual real-time monitoring module was designed.We did the studies from various aspects,such as the electronic map access and beautification,panoramic map 3D display alarm,map and chart combination,map offline,etc.,and displayed the alarm point position in the panoramic 3D map with an accuracy within 1 meter,which has improved the efficiency of the administrator locating the fault point;At the same time,we also embedding the chart directly in the electronic map,realizing the unification of real-time alarm and short-term historical data query;realized the electronic map offline method to ensure that the map could be normally used under the state of no network.3.In order to take advantage of the high real-time performance,high sampling frequency and fast sensing speed of optical fiber sensing technology,a real-time data communication module was designed.From the aspects of server development,client development,communication methods,etc.,we realized to replace the traditional short connection for data communication with the method of using long connection technology.The module was demonstrated to be 50 ms data delay by the comparisons of experiment,which is higher than the existing system,this proves that this module achieves higher real-time data transmission.4.In order to take advantage of the diversity of optical fiber sensing monitoring,a generalized information management module was designed.From the aspects of data interface,business process,storage scheme,historical query method,real-time notification,etc.,the research has realized the unification of multi-device monitoring interface,users can reduce the operating difficulty and improve the efficiency of problem location through the same interface style and operation mode.In addition,we also realized the support of fast access to new equipment through universal interface,and unifies the data storage scheme of the equipment.
