Earthquakes are inevitable major natural disasters,strong earthquake will cause serious economic losses and a large number of casualties.Traditional seismic method is by enhancing the structural strength to resist earthquake,but when the earthquake effect gradually increased,only by increasing the structure stiffness to resist earthquake is neither economic nor safe.And seismic isolation is effective and feasible way,not only can ensure the overall safety of the structure,and can avoid secondary disasters caused by the earthquake,the earthquake damage to a minimum.With the development of economy,the progress of the society,the security of the building is more and more attention by people.As a new technology of seismic isolation technology,has been widely used in practical engineering,the?Code for seismic design of buildings?(GB50011-2010)has been officially into the indications of base isolation structure design,the practical effect and isolation building also has been confirmed by a large number of strong earthquake observation,is one of the safest architectural form,is also a important means to improve the seismic performance of the high seismic intensity region.In this paper,for the most common way of isolation rubber isolation bearing are studied,the main content is as follows:(1)studies of base-isolated building information collection,to understand the development of shock-isolation technology at home and abroad,the understanding of the mechanical properties of rubber bearing as well as isolation structure analysis method,and study the current isolation architectural design methods and isolation structure.(2)according to the research results,summed up the isolation building model calculation method,and combined with practical engineering,at the same time some of the problems existing in the design and construction are discussed(3)by Yunnan city cast lake in the four seasons city elementary school isolation design practice,to verify the feasibility of this theory in practice,and summarizes the finishing.In this paper,the research results of base isolation structure design of engineering application is of certain theoretical significance and practical value.
