Electric vehicles and the Internet of Vehicle(IOV)are the trend of the Automobile industry.By using technology of IOV into electric vehicles brings users better riding experience,changes the traffic management status,but brings dangers as also.The use of IOV technlogy increases the demands of bandwidth capability and scalability of vehicle control networks,for this situation,researches about the Automotive Ethernet are being carried out at home and abroad.There are a lot of accidents on information security caused by IOV technology,but there dosen't exsit a mature solution to settle this yet.This thesis analyses the security risks of the domestic IOV architechture,and based on the requirement of information security raised by IOV,we design an information security gateway(ISG)for electric vehicles referring to the design ideas of information security of Internet.The hardware system of the ISG is designed.We use MK60DN512VLQ10(K60)to design the minimal system.According to the actual requirements and the environment,we design the power supply circuit,CAN transceiver module,Ethernet communication module,LCD module and PCB for ISG.The software system of the ISG is designed.We apply the ?C/OS-? real-time operating system to ISG,then design Ethernet driver and implement ?C/TCP-IP for communication with Internet.CAN protocol is designed referring to ?C/TCP-IP architecture.For ISG's security function,we add the IPSec protocol to ?C/TCP-IP,and use ESP protocol in IPSec for data encryption and data integrity certification.To achieve the identity of the server authentication,we do a lot of research about wolfSSL's communication process,including handshake process and the details for applying to embedded devices,and we have also accomplish the implement of the record layer of wolfSSL to ?C/TCP-IP.At the end of this thesis,we set up a laboratory test environment to test the fuction of ISG.The CAN,TCP,UDP communication is implemented correctly.The ESP protocol in IPSec can provide data security and integrity certification.The WolfSSL is simulated on PC and the record layer of wolfSSL is added to ISG successfully.
