The Internet of Vehicle provides the convenient and efficient service for the government, automobile enterprise, automobile operators and individual users of automobile. But the Internet of Vehicle also causes the risks of information security. In the future, the automotive must become one part of the mobile internet. In this inevitable trend, the problems of information security that the Internet of Vehicle brings must be considered. At the same time, the support of the government policy and the need of the logistics market make rapid development of the electric logistics vehicle. Due to the characteristics of power resource and having electric logistics purposes, electric logistics vehicle needs the Internet of Vehicle more than the other types of car. Howerer, now there is no mature product that can guarantee the information security of the electric logistics vehicle under the network environment.Force on the network architecture of the electric logistics vehilce, this thesis analyses the hidden danger and the functional requirement of the information security. And then the ISG (Information Security Gateway) of the electric logistics vehicle is designed and implemented, which contains the design and implement of the hardware scheme, the construction of the software, the development of the function module and functional testing of the system.Firstly of all, this thesis designs and implements the embedded hardware platform based on the RX62N MCU which includes Ethernet communication module, CAN transceiver module, SRAM module, LCD display module and JTAG debug module. The hardware design of the ISG leaves enough ROM and RAM resource so that ISG is able to implement the information security function modules.What’s more, the real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ and the μC/TCP-IP protocol are migrated on the embedded hardware. And then force on the Ethernet Controller, DMA Controller of the Ethernet Controller and PHY chip, this thesis accomplishes the work of the preparation of the device driver and board support package, so that the ISG supports Ethernet communication. Additional this thesis takes example by μC/CAN and the J1939 protocol and implements the CAN bus communication.In addition, the IPSec protocol is integrated into the μC/TCP-IP protocol in this thesis. After the migration of the IPSec protocol, the Authentication Header (AH) protocol can provide the data source authentication and the data integrality service for the ISG. The Encapsulating Security Payload (ESP) protocol can provide the data confidentiality and the data flow protection services for the ISG. What’s more, the handshake protocol of the SSL is studied and the digital certificate is made which will be used in SSL protocol.Last but not least, the lab test environment is set up in this thesis. Ethernet communication and the CAN bus communication of the ISG is tested. And then the test of the data source authentication, data integrity, data confidentiality is accomplished. At last the results of the test are analysed.
