With the continuous development of automotive network technology,various in-vehicle functions are applied in the in-vehicle network,especially in-vehicle entertainment audio-visual systems and assisted driving systems,so the demand for bandwidth of the in-vehicle network is increasing.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the Automotive Ethernet protocol,the Automotive Ethernet has been widely used as a multimedia system in the automobile bus network.Compared with MOST(Media Oriented System Transport),the bus network has higher transmission rate and more open protocols.It can not only transmit multimedia information,but also realize advanced functions such as V2V communication.On the other hand,due to its high bandwidth,the car Ethernet can also transmit control information while transmitting entertainment video information,so it can replace the most widely used controller area network CAN(Controller Area Network),local interconnection network LIN(Local Interconnect Network),FlexRay and other traditional bus network to transmission control information and form a vehicle backbone network.This thesis designs a kind of Automotive Ethernet backbone network and applies a security solution for its security.Firstly,according to the future application trend of the Automotive Ethernet,Automotive Ethernet network was designed as the backbone network.The car Ethernet is not only used to transmit information such as driving images,entertainment videos,but also to transmit the information of speed,direction,lighting,etc.The control information ensures that the information transmission process is smooth and the information transmitted is correct.Secondly,for the problem of vehicle Ethernet security,this thesis uses a combination of encryption algorithm and authentication algorithm.Considering the factors such as the operation time of the electronic control unit(Electronic Control Unit),the encryption algorithm adopts the AES-128 algorithm which can be well applied to the vehicle network,and the authentication algorithm adopts the HMAC-SHA1 algorithm.Finally,the designed network and the application security scheme are based on the CANoe.Ethemet experimental platform simulation and verification.In the design of the backbone network,the function panel is first designed in CANoe,then the function designed by CAPL is implemented,and finally the transmission simulation of information is realized.The encryption and authentication scheme is then applied to the designed network.The experimental results show that the designed vehicle Ethernet backbone network can run normally.The lights,speed and direction in the control information can be controlled and transmitted normally through the buttons.The driving video information and entertainment video information can also be transmitted and played normally.The tamper attacks,replay attacks,delete attacks is simulated,and the system can identify and discard the accepted information,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the adopted security scheme.
