Study On Preventive Measures Of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Disease On Expressway

In recent years,with development of economy and infrastructure investment in China,the construction of the highway is thriving.Also,the asphalt surface is seriously damaged early.At present,the early damage of pavement has done damage to domestic economy and it is inconvenient for people to go out.Therefore,the early prevention of disease in the asphalt concrete pavement is of great significance.Based on the previous studies,this thesis adopts the specific engineering project to solve the above problems from 3 aspects.First,the aggregate crushing value and the size of the abrasion value's influence on the performance of mixture road are explored respectively.It puts forward to the a reasonable range of mixture of high-performance and finds out more aggregate suitable for the region.From the perspective of aggregate choices,the ability of asphalt mixture of anti-rutting is improved,which is good to the early prevention of disease in the high temperature rutting of asphalt pavement.Second,with the selected aggregate,a comparative study is done which aims to choose the proper key sieve with the standard of excellent road performance.The test shows that the key to mesh well has a great influence on the asphalt mixture.The optimized grading can improve all kinds of performance of asphalt mixture.Third,the scientific and reasonable construction plan,the strict specification construction technology are important methods to obtain good pavement.From the aspect of asphalt mixture mixing,the gradation and the temperature segregation,road surface water seepage prevention,construction of pollution control and so on,improement measures are put forward to ensure the construction quality.On pavement rutting disease,water damage and crack for early disease prevention?The construct of test road is done.Various performance targets of Asphalt mixture meet the standard,especially the high-temperature stability and water stability,which proves that conclusions.The findings of this thesis push forward the early prevention of disease in the asphalt concrete pavement disease prevention of asphalt pavement of the local expressway.
