| In recent years,offshore wind power industry has been highly valued and get rapid development and become the most popular new power industries.But with the constant construction of the offshore wind farm,there is a certain disturbance to the navigation safety of the water.Although the offshore wind farm does not occupy land resources,as a large-area obstruction of maritime navigation,it’s existence could cause ignored impact to navigation environment of surrounding water.Such as the disturbances to nearby ports,anchorage and channels,the impact to custom routes,fishing and breeding,oil fields and pipelines,etc.The construction of offshore wind farms is still in the initial stage in our country,theoretical and practical experience are scanty,especially there are a little researches on navigation safety of offshore wind farms.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to study the navigation safety of offshore wind farms.In view of this,this thesis start from navigation safety to make site optimization of offshore wind farms in the pre-planning which choosing the least impact one on navigation safety from planning sites to descrease the impact to navigation safety.First,the factors influencing the navigation safety are analyzed,including hydro meteorology,harbour environment,traffic environment,security assurance and other factors,then the indices are selected according to the characteristics of the offshore wind farm,analysis and expert consultation.In order to fully reflect the difference between subjective experience,preference,objective information,this paper applies AHP and entropy evaluation method to acquire combination weighting method to comfirm the weight of the optimal index.And then using the gray relational analysis method to obtain the correlation coefficient between the site index and the ideal value.In the end,using the gray comprehensive optimization model to sort and optimize the alternative program.In this thesis,four planning wind farms in Tangshan area are taken as examples,and the optimal model is used to optimize them.The results shows that the sites optimization model is well applied and provide decision-making reference for the development and construction order of the planning offshore wind farms in the area. |
