| With the progress of the times and development of science and technology,new material and technology are coming out.As a new composite material,Fiber reinforced plastics(FRP)has an obvious advantage on mechanical property.The composite material for FRP consists of CFRP,AFRP,GFRP and the like and there are sheet material,bar material and proximate material as major material type.There is something in common for CFRP and they are as follows:lightweight and high strength,elastic modulus,fatigue resistance,anti-corrosion,good durability,low expansion coefficient,etc.Moreover,CFRP composite material may save material,achieve free cutting,facilitate construction and expedite the speed.It has a low cost for maintenance and obvious economic benefit though investment in previous phase is huge.Therefore,there is a great application potential for CFRP new composite material.There is always impact challenge in physical works and there is great significance in improving the anti-impact property to structure.A large number of scholars have demonstrated the excellent anti-impact property to concrete-filled steel tube while there are much more advantages on mechanical property of CFRP concrete-filled steel tube,especially the advantage of lateral impact property which has been expounded and proved by scholars in recent years.Hence,it has a great engineering significance to apply CFRP concrete-filled steel tube in the whole structure to improve its anti-impact property.The paper takes anti-corrosion pier as an example for engineering application of the new structure on the strength of excellent anti-corrosion performance of CFRP concrete filled steel tube.First of all,brief introduction on theory of impact dynamics and several empirical formulas of classical ship collision at home and abroad is conducted and the approximate range of ship impact force by anti-corrosion pier is calculated by studying the parameters of ship model.In order to make full contrastive analysis,the finite element models are established.Namely,one is for reinforced concrete anti-collision pier after the material equivalent homogenization.The other is for anti-collision pier of CFRP concrete filled steel tube under different design programs.Moreover,ship collision simulation is conducted by utilizing the finite element ABAQUS software under the same load and boundary conditions respectively,with a view to demonstrating the superior impact resistance of CFRP steel tube anti-collision pier and analyzing its simulation results in many aspects.Finally,qualitative analysis on structural advantages of CFRP concrete filled steel tube concrete is performed,which corresponds to the file foundation structure of reinforced concrete and each design program.In addition,it further demonstrates the feasibility of replacing original anti-collision reinforced concrete pile with CFRP concrete filled steel tube pile. |
