| In recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization process,the persistent haze weather and intense consumption of oil resources promote people to develop electric vehicles cars with zero emissions.The development of electric vehicles cars is is a rapid growth period no matter for national macroscopic policy or the market demand.With the deep research of electric vehicle cars,people find using multistage speed loading device can effectively improve the balance of efficiency and dynamic equilibrium.The electric vehicle cars with multistage speed loading have better dynamic performance and more better energy saving ability.what’s more,the speed are working in more effective range of the motor.therefore,in this paper,the two-stage transmission with big energy based on planet gears are designed which can take less space.In this paper,we designed /calculation out of the two levels of transmission gear ratio of the two-stage transmission based on the classic basic group D electric cars(BJEV)C40B vehicle parameters,according to the practical use two kinds of working conditions in the process of climbing and speed and combined with various kinds of Working condition.We designed basic parameters of the structure of the gearbox using the transmission ratio,with the structure characteristics of a planet gear and the vehicle performance requirements.Paper carried on the precise parametric modeling and Virtual reality assembly with SOLIDWORKS.what’s more,we did statics analysis of the structure by ANSYS.The simulation results show that the new gearbox based on planet gear of electric vehicle power performance and motor efficiency has obvious effect.Through the whole simulation of ADVISOR electric vehicle,the SOC curve of the battery pack is obtained,which proves that the transmission scheme can effectively improve the battery economy.The research process of this paper is based on the structural characteristics of the traditional planetary gearbox,which is suitable for electric vehicles through special design.Therefore,it can’t refer to the previous design experience in the parts parameter and structural design and the speed checking process.The main advantage of the transmission is the compact structure,the energy density is large;the shift process is smooth and no obvious impact;in the case of high-speed motor to change the gear so that the motor back to the high-performance areas,improve power;Power,improve battery life.The whole study of the lathe on the development of electric vehicle transmission has a reference significance. |
