With the development of information technology and automatic control technology,the ever increasing attention has been paid to the research of automatic artillery.It is a key technology to realize the automatic supply of ammunition for unmanned gun.In this paper,a new type of projectile supply mechanism is designed to achieve full automation,from projectile ammunition to the guns magazine,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,a self-propelled gun is taken as the research object,the design and research of the automatic supplying system matching with the existing car body structure is explored combined with the characteristics of its own structural arrangement.In this paper,the overall scheme of the automatic supplying system is studied,and the parameters,structure and layout of the system are discussed in detail.Based on the design of mechanism system and subsystem of the automatic supplying system,focused studies are conducted on the structure and working principle of the Projectile conveying mechanism and the Projectile turnover mechanism.A three-dimensional model of the projectile replenishment mechanism is drawn by the application of 3D design software to analyze and verify the relationship between each module;the dynamic characteristics of the working subsystem is analyzed by mechanical multi body system dynamics and kinematics theory,through which the feasibility and rationality of the overall mechanism design could be explored;by using the element theory,static analysis of key parts is analyzed,the reliability of the structure is tested,and improvements are made for the optimal design;through the calculation of the dynamic parameters of the system,the power source is determined.In summary,the automatic supplying system of the projectile studied in this paper has certain reference value and practical significance to the research of unmanned and automated artillery.
