| The research of Suburban countryside is valuable as Suburban countryside with unique location is the key of new-type urbanization and urban and rural harmonious development.Long-standing urban-rural dual structure has led to some problems in the process of Suburban countryside development,such as industrial structures singleness,biological environments limit,Lack of infrastructure construction,urban land intensive use,Limited in their ability to absorb the population,the loss of rural culture characteristics and so on.The suburban country should make full use of its unique geographical advantages,raise their energy level,looking for accurate positioning,meanwhile grasp the opportunity and actively integrated into the urban development,to resolve these problems.The suburban rural characteristics of "marginal" determines its different planning of general rural.Based on this,I puts forward "the development of suburban countryside rely on the urban,the people’s life is the root of rural planning,the development of industry is critical to the rural and environment is the soul of the countryside" four-law-in-a-whole pattern suburb rural planning concept,and explains the the important connotation of four-law-in-a-whole pattern.Take example for the planning and design of Tufang,Yuanxing and Heping three rural in Xichang town,to discusses the suburban rural planning and design concept and path planning strategy and implementation.Combed the villages’ industry problems,traffic problems and facilities,through the evaluation and analysis of three rurals’ regional characteristics,nature and resource value,the value of evaluation of featured industries.Around the resource value advantage,in view of present situation existence question,based on the concept of "four-law-in-a-whole pattern" planning,established planning strategy of integrating urban and suburban area,promote the brand agriculture,developing sightseeing agriculture,strengthen the supporting service and create a portal brand,to explore the suburban rural planning concept and implementation of the path. |
