The continued expansion of the city has made the suburban countryside a concentrated outbreak of urban-rural conflicts,exposing many problems.Solving these problems has become a key factor and basic premise for urban and rural sustainable development.Therefore,the study selects Yangjia Town,a suburban township of Wucheng District,Mianyang City as the research object.First,according to the current situation of Yangjia Town,the Yangjia Town is sorted out.Urban functional spillovers,homogenization and commercialization of suburban rural industries,and “double expansion” of urban and rural construction land have many problems.Then,based on these problems,the needs of Yangjia Town's urban functions,industries and land use are studied.According to the analysis of the functional needs of urban expansion,it is concluded that the main functions undertaken by the suburban countryside include residential functions,production functions based on rough processing,leisure tourism functions and urban development standby functions;The combing analysis of the development model of the secondary and tertiary industries,as well as the analysis of the industrial development needs of neighboring cities and the needs of the suburban rural areas,combined with the advantages of the suburban countryside,selected industries suitable for suburban rural development;in addition,caused by increased functional demand and industrial demand The demand for land increased,and the method of quantitative analysis was used to screen the impact factors of construction land demand from a reasonable perspective of urban and rural areas,to predict the demand for construction land in Yangjia Town,and to plan the layout of construction land in combination with the development direction of construction land.Finally,on the basis of the demand research of Yangjia Town,the planning method of suburban villages under the influence of urban expansion was proposed according to local conditions,including the reasonable prediction of the development scale of Yangjia Town;the siteselection of Yangjia Town construction land,and the construction of Yangjia Town The three development directions of the central town area,Wanhe area and Wangjiaqiao area of the land use and the current situation of Yangjia Town propose that the construction land of Yangjia Town focuses on the planning layout of these three areas;the functional division of Yangjia Town,including the leisure tourism area,Five functional divisions of rough industrial zone,traditional residential zone and urban development reserve zone in rural tourism area;industrial layout and industrial guidance of Yangjia Town;and layout of new village settlement in Yangjia Town,road traffic planning,public service facility planning,municipal engineering Support and support planning such as planning and environmental sanitation facilities planning.
