Air combat in modern war are playing an increasingly important position and role,equipment vulnerable to artillery on the battlefield,the threat of aerial bombs and missiles and other weapons,after the attack,the main threat from the formation of the blast damage effect and penetration / high speed fragment armor piercing damage.As the shock wave attenuates rapidly in the air,fragment becomes the most important damage load for the warhead in the long distance,so the research on the damage of the fragment to the equipment has become the focus of the research.The fabricated tungsten alloy fragments,which have the advantages of superior forming characteristics,high efficiency and high speed,have been widely used as killing elements.The effect of the crack is affected by many factors.The damage effect of the prefabricated tungsten alloy fragments penetrating the medium and thick steel targets under different conditions is analyzed.The LS-DYNA dynamic display analysis software is used to simulate the target process.And the angle of incidence on the armor-piercing performance,in order to provide the basis for the protection structure design and combat damage analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The experiments of Wang Qingtao and Zhang Qingming,which have been used in the high-speed penetration of A3 steel plate,have been carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results;(2)A spherical fragment with a diameter of 9 mm was selected as the object of study,and the process of impacting the steel target with three shapes at500-1300 m / s was simulated by analyzing the process of collision of steel fragments with the same quality as the fragments.Considering the cylindrical fragments and cuboid fragments,The influence of the fragment shape and the initial kinetic energy on the trajectory limit,the deformation and failure of the missile target,the volume of the crater and the capacity of the survivor are obtained.(3)The influence of the incident angle is added on the basis of the different initial kinetic energy impacted steel target,and the incident angle is in the rangeof 10o-60 o.Through the regression curves and overload properties of the cylindrical fragments at different angles of incidence,The size of the hole and the remaining speed,and so on,the influence of the incident angle on the breaking performance of the broken pieces was obtained.
