| Urban rail transit is the important and effective way.to solve the problem such as air pollution,noise pollution,traffic congestion.As the most important part of urban transportation system and the key point of urban construction planning,the development of rail transit plays a key role in urban economic development.Communication-based Train Control(CBTC)system is the most popular technology today and it is the development trend of future urban rail transit system.However,due to the late construction of rail transit system in China,coupled with the high demand for safety,reliability and stability of urban rail transit system,Chinese technology in this field is relatively backward.As the research object is the railway train,it takes a lot of resources to test in the real scene,and specialized laboratories of this area in our country are very limited.Therefore,in the laboratory environment to develop a safety and reliability CBTC simulation system is particularly important and urgent.Based on the research,this paper analyzes and designs the Communication-based train Control simulation system,and focuses on the Carborne Control(CC)simulation system which is the core of the urban rail transit system.First of all,according to the present domestic and foreign research,analyze the existing CBTC train control systems,including the analysis of its structure and main function of induction.And then analyze the specific function each module.Secondly,through the analysis the specific signal into the specific application’s dwmand of CC system,complete the architecture design of the circuit board and the physical interface.According to the needs of simulation system,accomplish the architecture design of the simulation main control board and the FPGA module,and complete the corresponding circuit design and PCB board production.Then,according to the data requirements of CC’s external devices,design and complete the simulation of the sensor module,such as speed sensor simulation,Doppler radar simulation,beacon query simulation,10 simulation module,current loop simulation module,and then complete the driver layer of physical interface’s software design.Finally,do the functional tests of the simulation main control board and simulation modules.While testing functional of the modules and the system,also do the fault injection test for them.Therefore,we can verify the safety and reliability of the system.Through the above build of rail transit train control system simulation test platform,not only can provide the similar even the real input and output of physical quantity for the system,but also do the functional tests for the system’s safety and reliability during the process of development and design.Improve the efficiency of the rail transit development;reduce development costs,;and provide a good design reference for the Development and design personnel. |
