With the rapid development of economy in our country,the improving of the national comprehensive strength,increasing the investment in the infrastructure construction in our country.National highway after more than 20 years of development,the national highway network planning under way,but along with the continuously strengthen exchanges between regions,the disadvantages of insufficient road transportation capacity more apparent,highway reconstruction is imperative.Highway reconstruction will produce a lot of old asphalt material,in order to implement sustainable development strategy,on the surface of the old asphalt recycling will greatly reduce the waste of resources,has the very good economic and social benefits,in this paper,based on "area" G30 highway in Urumqi to Kuitun period of reconstruction engineering project contract(WKSJ-2)to carry out the research.Firstly investigating the climate in relying on the project is located,and understand general damage of low temperature dry areas and its possible causes,in order to reuse of the old asphalt mixture material preparation.Then for projects based on field investigation,statistics of old asphalt roadbed diseases,and the pavement core,pit and other measures,to analyze the cause of the disease.At the same time for the collection of old asphalt mixture core samples for laboratory test,to detect the oil-stone ratio of asphalt mixture,gradation,asphalt penetration,indices such as viscosity,softening point,study the variation of asphalt mixture gradation,and the aging degree of asphalt,the asphalt mixtures were evaluated to determine whether the old asphalt pavement for recycling.To the disease of statistical data and integrated checkout automobile detection data processing,get the pavement condition index,pavement structure strength index,the index of rutting depth reflect the old asphalt pavement using performance indicators,through the study of the research of the indicators,based on the project of old asphalt roadbed miller put forward the corresponding control indexes.For milling planer off of old asphalt mixture,through to the geothermal renewable,plant mixed heat regeneration,in situ regeneration and cold mixer cold regeneration technology characteristic analysis,recommend suitableregeneration technology for relying on the project.Finally,the use of recycling old asphalt pavement control indicators,in combination with relying on the project,through the asphalt layer than to choose,than at the grass-roots level,based on the project section put forward reasonable of old asphalt mixture recycling technology solutions,and recommend rational reconstruction of pavement structure scheme for relying on the project.Through the cost analysis,summed up the old asphalt mixture emulsified asphalt cold regeneration scheme,economic benefits and social benefits,provide reference for other similar projects.
