With the rapid development of modern industry,the waste residue generated in industry is a great threat to our living environment.For economic and environmental protection is guaranteed,we consider in cement stabilized macadam mixed with steel slag to replace a part of gravel,it can not only reduce the gravel access damage to the environment,can also be processed so as to avoid the destruction of industrial waste industrial waste on the environment.The main research content of this paper has two parts,one is the ratio obtained by experiment with good road performance research of steel slag is in cement stabilized base and subbase;another is the study of using steel slag to cement stabilized macadam base,research on the fatigue properties of steel slag,to explore whether will affect the service life of the road.In view of the above two parts,the following experiments were carried out to study and explore the problems:(1)Study on the performance of its main rate of steel slag,and autoclave pulverization rate of the experimental density,mechanical properties,through the expansion of mineral composition,water immersion,feasibility analysis at the grassroots level in the incorporation of steel slag to replace part of the stone,is the main study of the steel slag expansion will bring harm.(2)The steel slag graded gravel cushion mix design,mainly through the CBR experiment,water swelling experiment to determine the best grading types and dosage of steel slag,provide a reference for cement stabilized aggregate and steel slag selection.(3)The cement stabilized steel slag macadam base and subbase mixture ratio design,the swelling rate experiment to choose the best steel slag as the foundation,through the different cement dosage and gradation type 7 days to determine the best dosage of cement and the optimal distribution unconfined compressive strength experiment.(4)Have been identified based grading curve and slag,cement,stone and their dosage,respectively on the splitting strength,unconfined compressive strength,compressive modulus and shrinkage experiment,explore the age the influence on pavement performance evaluation will be applied to the feasibility of steel slag cement stabilized grading aggregate base in.(5)The dose of different dosage of steel slag and cement indoor fatigue test on fatigue properties,using linear regression statistical method to summarize the fatigue equation,analysis of influence of steel slag and cement dosage of semi-rigid base of fatigue life,will discuss the application of steel slag to Cement Stabilized Graded Crushed Stone Base Road influence on the durability of the whole.
