With the rapid development of China's transportation,the mileage of expressway has been increasing continuously,accordingly,in order to shorten the mileage,improve the linear standard and protect the ecological environment,the number of highway tunnels is also increasing rapidly.The highway tunnel is very dependent on electromechanical system,which mainly reflected in the functions of the tunnel for distribution,lighting,ventilation,monitoring and communication.The equipment types of tunnel electromechanical system are various,and the quantities are large,and involving a wide field,the research on electromechanical system involves technology,mechanical and electrical equipment and the corresponding operation and management are professional and strong,high technology content,large scale,rapid development and renewal.To improve the construction of tunnel electromechanical system,we must actively explore the electromechanical system of the present situation and shortcomings,analysis and solving the existing problems of the electromechanical system,only through these can we better provide convenient conditions for the highway operation and management and provide security for the people to travel[15].Analyzes and studies the construction technology of the mechanical and electrical equipment of expressway tunnel in the background of the mechanical and electrical construction of the highway tunnel in the left of Shanxi Province,and the main contents are as follows:?1?The tunnel electromechanical system engineering is a complete whole,which is divided into five parts:power supply and distribution system engineering,lighting system engineering,ventilation system engineering,monitoring system engineering and communication system engineering according to its specific function.Its various parts complement each other,and its specific design is adjusted according to the distribution of different tunnels and the particularity of geographical environment.Tunnel mechanical and electrical system installation involve many technical disciplines.Its construction technology is complex,and the requirements of construction quality are high.It is always the key and difficult problem faced by the highway tunnel.Based on this,this paper further introduces the detailed details and requirements of cable laying,distribution box and control box installation,fan installation,diesel generator set installation,low voltage distribution cabinet installation.?2?In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents,according to the specific electromechanical projects,combined with the local environment,climate,traffic size,vehicle type and other factors,the paper analyses and solves the current problems of electromechanical systems.Based on the original design,the electromechanical design of the tunnel is optimized correspondingly.Construction personnel technical preparation,equipment and materials preparation,construction equipment preparation and other preparatory work before tunnel electromechanical construction are gave.The corresponding progress control tasks,schedule control check,schedule management improvement and adjustment of tunnel electromechanical construction are described.The key points,difficulties and corresponding disposal methods of tunnel electromechanical construction are expatiated.The construction methods and construction technology of optical cable line project,camera installation,fan installation and electrical grounding are introduced in detail.?3?Based on the project in Shanxi Province,Zuoquan to Licheng expressway tunnel,the comprehensive optimization of the entire mechanical and electrical equipment of Zuoli tunnel is carried out,including the optimization of the variable information distribution screen of the tunnel entrance,the monitoring image optimization of transverse traffic tube in tunnel,the optimization of tunnel monitoring communication cable,the optimization of lighting scheme and optimization of cable scheme.Through the actual construction case,the paper expatiates on the application of new technology and new product in tunnel electromechanical engineering,and also explains the diversification and ductility of electromechanical engineering construction scheme.In today's high-speed development of large data and informatization,the proportion of expressway electromechanical engineering in the overall project investment is higher and higher.new technologies,new products continue to emerge,providing a great protection and more and more possibilities for the operation and management of the highway.?4?Debugging work is an important part and technical difficulty of mechanical and electrical equipment installation project,is a necessary means to ensure that the quality of installation engineering and equipment engineering can meet the design requirements and system performance indicators.This paper clarified the common problems and causes investigation of joint debugging,including single-system debugging and multi-system joint debugging.It is described in detail about the field equipment pipeline,cable inspection and testing in the tunnel equipment local control connection.The conditions for commissioning of electromechanical systems,debugging steps and records are clearly indicated.
