With the rapid development of China’s transportation construction,the features of highway tunnel construction is the construction of a short duration, high quality construction,construction technical requirements and so on,in order to adapt to the development of our country, the heterogenous mechanical construction of highway tunnel is an inevitable trend.Mechanized construction has many advantages,such as,high construction quality, high construction efficiency,fast construction progress and so on, most importantly,these advantages have been recognized in other transportation fields. In China, people are not familiar with the application of the introduction of advanced tunnel construction machinery and equipment, and studying heterogenous mechanized construction technology of highway tunnel is not deep enough.In order to accelerate the construction of highway tunnels,and to improve our level of the tunnel construction technology.We must study the application of the introduction of advanced machinery and equipment,and the technology of mechanized construction group with heterogenous.According to the status quo of our country’s tunnel construction, it is very important that we should go to research of the group mechanized construction with the introduction of advanced equipment, using the Nan Wan Tunnel as a practical engineering background.According to the current popular mountain highway tunnel NATM technology and construction machinery as the premise, the key construction technology of highway tunnel excavation and supporting of holes were discussed, including : excavation technology with tunnel holes, initially supporting technology and secondary lining technology,in particular,three different ways of tunneling technology was analyzed.The construction group of highway tunnel excavation and supporting of holes is divided into three construction sub-group, hey are excavation construction group, initial supporting group and secondary lining construction group. According to the data of construction in Nan Wan Tunnel,we research the operating characteristics of the single mechanical equipment in construction group,the working characteristics of construction group and the collaboration working-modes of construction group.Finally, according to the condition of site construction in Nan Wan Tunnel,evaluation system of the collaboration working-modes of construction group was established from the construction quality,construction schedule and construction costs of tunnel,and use this evaluation system to evaluate the construction effect of Nan Wan Tunnel. Concluded as follows:the collaboration working-modes of construction group,not only to improve the degree of mechanization of tunnel construction,you can also make Overbreak of tunnel construction reduced, improving the quality of tunnel construction;At the same time,it can speed up the construction schedule,and reduce the construction cost and improve the tunnel construction economy.
