| With the rapid development of China’s transportation and the improvement of people’s living standards,the quality of highway traffic has been put forward higher requirements.13 th Five-Year development plan clearly pointed out that China’s highway will enter the periodic maintenance period;the proportion of preventive maintenance will be more and more.Preventive maintenance is a kind of planned,cost-effective conservation strategy for the existing pavement in good condition.But because of the type of disease complex,diverse conservation measures and other factors,how to effectively conserve capital at the right time with the best curing method applied to the maintenance of road,is a difficult problem in highway maintenance management department.Therefore,the existing road performance and characteristics of the disease based on the development of high grade highway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance decision research,put forward a more comprehensive evaluation system,constructing scientific and effective prediction model,establish the preventive maintenance decision system,to prolong the service life of the road,reduce the cost of highway life cycle maintenance and scientific decision-making,has important significance.The main results of this paper are as follows:⑴Based on the field investigation of some highways in Chongqing,the data of pavement detection and the types of diseases were obtained,and the common diseases and the causes of disease were analyzed.⑵Based on the existing asphalt pavement maintenance technology criterion and highway performance assessment,proposed new energy saving and environmental protection index FCI in the original evaluation system,established the mathematical model of FCI and the investigation index IRI,established a new evaluation index system and the evaluation of the new interval;using grey correlation analysis and geometric weighted weights comprehensive index EPQI calculation method to determine EPQI evaluation system with FCI index,verify the superiority of EPQI evaluation system and rationality.⑶Combined with the regression model and the grey metabolic model and forecasts the trend of PCI,RDI,SRI,RQI,PQI,FCI,and EPQI by the combination model;to simplify the calculation for dimensional metabolic GM(1,1)model to predict the cumulative MATLAB program.The results show that the combination forecasting isbetter than single prediction,and it is more accurate,and the prediction curve of EPQI system is more in line with the decay law of pavement performance.⑷Maintaining a minimum acceptable level accord to the EPQI evaluation system,determining the preventive maintenance period;treating the increasing area of the EPQI curve as the total efficiency maintenance,to determine the specific value by fitting,considering the different total cost expenditure caused by maintenance time difference,using the principle of maximum benefit cost ratio to determine the optimal maintenance time.⑸Analyzing the applicability of preventive maintenance measures,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the grey relational decision making method to optimize the maintenance measures from the aspects of quality improvement,energy saving and environmental protection,cost control and so on.⑹Based on E language and MATLAB,to constructe a simple decision support system for high grade pavement maintenance,which can help the managers to evaluate the pavement performance and the change rule,and to make scientific and effective basis for the maintenance decision. |
