This paper is mainly based on the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge,according to the domestic and foreign pavement technology theory,adopting the research method of laboratory test and theory analysis combination were studied on fatigue performance of MA asphalt concrete.The following conclusions are obtained through the experimental study:(1)this paper on fatigue performance of asphalt concrete MA class 300,600,epsilon epsilon 700,epsilon 800,epsilon 900 epsilon 5 strain level experiments were carried out by MA on the fatigue life of asphalt concrete and cumulative dissipated energy analysis showed that MA and GMA asphalt mixture the fatigue life will decrease with the increase of strain level and energy dissipation,but increases with strain level,when the dissipation energy exceeds a certain degree,caused by fatigue failure;(2)through the test of different strain levels and different loading times e t Nf on MA/GMA mixture fatigue life,strain level material is bigger,the less the number of cyclic loading,the fatigue life is short.In addition,the fatigue life prediction equation of the MA type mixture is also obtained by experiments,which is verified by the experimental results obtained by the MA/GMA process;(3)in this paper,the impact toughness of MA asphalt mixture is studied.The experimental results show that not only the production process of MA asphalt mixture has great influence on impact toughness,but also the influence of the ratio of the mixture ratio on the impact toughness.The mixing time is one of the main factors affecting the impact toughness of MA pavement material;while the impact toughness of temperature will be of paving materials,but its impact is less than the mixing time;if only from the analysis of the fatigue performance of angle,by adjusting the mix ratio,can make MA and GMA process to achieve paving materials with the deck design performance;(4)the impact toughness and fatigue performance of MA pavement materials have a linear correlation with fatigue life and cumulative dissipation energy,but there is a difference between them.When the degree of aging is the same,if the mixture ratio of the material is changed,the cumulative dissipation energy will be better than the fatigue life.If the match ratio is in the same time,the fatigue life of the material is better than the cumulative dissipated energy.
