Taking the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge steelbridge deck pavement as research backgrand,this article carries out survey and research in the using current situation of dometic and abord mastie asphalt conerete.Because mastie asphalt conerete has excellent anti-aging properties,anti-fatigue properties,waterproof properties and good follow on deck and other characteristics,it is widely used around the world.According to the environment and climate construction conditions where the waters of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,combining of different mastie asphalt conerete material characteristics and construction features of GA and MA,the new mastie asphalt conerete GMA has been proposed use.For the combination of theoretical analysis and indoor and outdoor experimental verification of research methods,the paper focuses on the impact of mixing temperature and mixing time on the material properties of mastie asphalt conerete GMA.Combining GA and MA pavement performance verification test,according to GMA materials designing background,the flow test as a evaluation method is to determine GMA workability,the hardness test,rutting test and rhe Marshall test as evaluation methods is to determine high-temperature performence of GMA,impact toughness test as evaluation methods is to determine GMA anti-fatigue properties.In the study of GMA asphalt binder,the paper analyzes the impact of the mixing parameters on thixotropy and aging resistance of GMA asphalt binder,it shows that the thixotropic of GMA asphalt binder mixture former 30 minutes is obvious,and stirring time should not exceed 7 hour.The article focuses on the analysis through a large number of laboratory tests of mixing parameters on the performance of the GMA asphalt.First,the paper,based on flow tset analysis,study the impact of mixing time,mixing temperature and mixing frequency on mastie asphalt conerete fluidity.And the change of GMA asphalt concrete flowability under different mixing temperatures and different mixing times.Secondly,the impact of mixing temperature,mixing time on GMA high-temperature performance is based on hardness test,Marshall test,and rutting test.Moreover,based on toughness test,the impact of mixing time and mixing temperature on fatigue properties of the GMA is analyzed in the paper.Then,comprehensive performance indicators for mixingparameter constraints come in the range of mixing parameters.Laboratory tests showed that the mixing temperature should be 220?,the corresponding mixing time is 1.8-2.5hours.Then,we can strike a balance on the workability,high temperature stability and fatigue properties on GMA asphalt concrete.Finally,the outdoor experiment of mixing temperature established to verify,studies have shown that the mixing time interval in order to meet the technical requirements of each test exists when GMA is mixed under 220? in the actual production.And the mixing time interval is between 1 hour and 3 hour,which has significance importance on the actual paving construction.
