After the reform and opening up,China's highway construction as a rapid development with the bamboo shoots after a spring rain,increasing mileage of highway maintenance,increasing pressure,maintaining China's traditional way of passive corrective maintenance,the maintenance of large quantity,long construction time,and preventive maintenance system,has the characteristics of planning and guiding.To change the current passive situation,but in practical application,the pavement performance evaluation system is not complete,pavement performance prediction model is seldom used,the timing and the selection of measures also mainly rely on the experience,the advantage of not completely preventive maintenance,this paper takes G210 Jiangjin highway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance for based on the asphalt pavement,to carry out study on the preventive maintenance decision.First of all,according to the current specifications for asphalt pavement preventive maintenance evaluation indicator system,and ultimately determine the use of "highway performance assessment standards"(JTG H20-2007)as the basis for the study of the index system,the weighted average calculation will produce the compensation effect of the pavement performance index(PQI)value is too large for the problem using standard,put forward to the weighted geometric mean was calculated to avoid the mutual compensation between multiple indexes;and then analyzes the influencing factors of pavement performance prediction model,advan tages and disadvantages and the application situation of the performance of the a sphalt pavement commonly used,grey prediction for the amount of data is small,the trend of increase or decrease the obvious prediction,reliability is high,poor information "and" small sample "system as the research object of the classical prediction model,performance prediction and task perfectly gray The characteristic of color prediction,so select the grey prediction theory as the research method,the application of grey prediction theory in detail,according to the model of the initial value of X(1)(1)without accumulation,randomness strong,the data mining was improved by three points smoothing method,improve the prediction accuracy of the model;then introduces the types of early diseases ofasphalt pavementp reventive maintenance measures,the characteristics of common and applicable diseases were studied,summed up the goal of preventive maintennance countermeas ures library.At last Jiangjin section of G210 national highway pavement performance based on historical data,using gray prediction theory as a means to get the decay of pavement structure strength index(PSSI)and pavement performance index(PQI),the preventive maintenance from the realistic foundation in the research,the pavement performance index(PQI)decays faster than the pavement structure strength index(PSSI)that preventive maintenance is to improve the pavement performance,road repair prevented by pavement performance(PQI)down to the limit value of the pavement performance index(PQI)and pavement structure strength index(PSSI)overhaul period at the same time,based on this understanding,make preventive maintenance time standard for PQI,PSSI,and using the combined method to make the decision of preventive maintenance scheme.
