Research On Decision-making Method Of Preventive Maintenance Of Highway Asphalt Pavement In Beijing

Highway construction and protection,maintenance and prevention are closely related.The only way to make the road investment effective is to keep the pavement in a good condition as long as possible.In a long run,we used to repair the road after the pavement was seriously damaged due to the lack of conciousness to actively do some preventive maintenance while the road is still in a good condition.With continuous improvement of road network and the development of maintenance management technology,preventive maintenance has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,some preventive maintenance technology research and application has been done in Beijing,while the research on asphalt pavement preventive maintenance decision still lacks of scientific and comprehensive research,and we need to establish a serie of suitable preventive maintenance deciding method for asphalt pavement of Beijing.In this thesis,we have tried to do some research on the evaluation method of the existing pavement,preventive maintenance technology,its effect,and the deciding method of preventive maintenance.The whole thesis is based on the research of preventive maintenance technology in China and abroad,the investigation about asphalt pavement conditions and the actual characteristics and application of preventive maintenance.We hope that this thesis could provide some technical and practical support for the preventive maintenance of road with asphalt pavement in Beijing.In the first part,the thesis introduced the survey result of the condition of the main roads with asphalt pavement in Beijing.We have tried to collect datas like the traffic flow and the driving quality of the main roads in Beijing through field investigation and actual measurement,and do some analysis about the data so as to built the fundation for later research.In the second part,we built an evaluation model of the pavement condition index for the asphalt pavement roads with preventive maintenance in Beijing.And this evaluation model was based on the current standards,the pavement performance and the function index.At the same time,based on the effect of the practiced preventive maintenance measure,we have tried to establish a preventive maintenance technical countermeasure pool to provide some primary reference for selecting the preventive mantenance mesurement.In the last part,we have tried to build a deciding model of preventive maintenance of the highways with asphalt pavement in Beijing through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model and the theory of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).
