Currently,pavement structure type of new roads are mostly asphalt pavement structure,especially high-grade road,basically using asphalt pavement,but a lot of our current asphalt pavement have not reached the appropriate life.This is one of many reasons,the most important is in the construction of asphalt paving compaction link.Although the development of science and technology,asphalt paving compaction technology has also been greatly improved,but the quality of road construction or did not meet the requirements of the ideal,because the most important factor affecting performance and service life of asphalt pavement is compaction process.Physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and mix besides the type of things,have a great relationship with the degree of compaction.And the higher the cost of asphalt pavement,the larger rework difficult to detect in its shape even after rolling once it is difficult to make up failed,therefore,should increase regulation of the compaction process,strict construction,the establishment of real-time effective degree of compaction detection system is an important condition for improving the quality of asphalt pavement.In this paper,the basic composition of asphalt mixture performance,compaction factors for a simple introduction.From the perspective of the construction process Compactness factors were analyzed,the compaction of asphalt pavement diseases are summarized.Vibration compaction theory during vibration on the road by the force of the simple analysis.For field conditions on the vibration signal acquisition system was equipment selection;use DH5902 acquisition system comes with software for vibration signals preliminary filtering;segmenting the data fitting and confidence screening of discrete vibration acceleration data processing;according to the construction site conditions and factors affecting the degree of compaction of the asphalt pavement compaction degree correlated with the vibration acceleration values were analyzed.Were collected on-site vibration signals using FIR and ?R filters filtering comparative analysis,after comparing the use of IIR bandpass filter is determined to deal with more appropriate;by piecewise fitting and data processing take believes that every 0.4s an acceleration RMS is more appropriate;the collected vibration acceleration values were discrete and process test to determine which is the normal distribution of data to determine the degree of confidence by the confidence interval of the vibration acceleration data were fitted after Screening by analyzing the processed data discovery to better reflect changes in vibration acceleration;methods of mathematical statistics and numerical analysis to establish the relationship between vibration acceleration and compaction degree,with some common data processing software,such as Excel,MATLAB,Origin,etc.,so that the results of the data analysis and fitting equation is more accurate and reasonable;separately analyzed the effects of different amplitude,speed and compacted layer thickness as well as different initial pressure and temperature on the degree of compaction of the relationship between vibration acceleration,through the analysis of the impact of these factors can create a more accurate relationship with the degree of compaction of vibration acceleration.
