With the rapid development of the traffic flow and load weight, the structure and the basic quality of the modern building and road engineering have more high requirements. The high standard quality of the project must meet the construction technology standard, and reach the compaction standards. Improving the compaction quality, it can not only improve the compressive strength of the subgradeand pavement, and improve its permanent and low temperature resistance, but also eliminate the road diseases, such as sink, fissure and loose. It minimizes the maintenance costs of construction engineering and road.Due to the development of the construction project, it demands more high to the bearing capacity of the foundation. Vibratory roller is regarded as more ideal, and satisfies the requirements of the compaction machine.So it is widely used. How can it accurately reflect the real-time and compacted soil compaction by a vibrating compaction work situation is a difficult problem to solve? In the vibration compaction process, the change of the dynamic characteristics of the soil will cause the change of the vibratory wheel’s vibration acceleration, which can be used to determine the soil compaction process. Therefore, it is necessary to research the relationship between the vibration acceleration and the degree of soil compaction.This paper analyzes the vibratory roller-compacted soil systems, and sets the mathematical model and dynamics equation, using the simulation analysis of the ABAQUS and ADAMS software to study the relationship between the vibratory roller vibration acceleration and the degree of compaction. First of all, according to the interactional relations between the vibratory roller and soil, it establishes the model of the vibration wheel-soil and dynamics equation; Then it establishes vibration wheel-soil model by a finite element analysis software ABAQUS and carries through the simulation analysis; Finally, it carries out the dynamics simulation analysis of vibration roller-soil by ADAMS software, getting the relationship between the vibration acceleration of vibration roller and the degree of soil compaction.
