The marine hydraulic steering system is one of loads of the ship's power system,it is also an important part of the marine engineering simulator,which is the core executive body of ship's heading control and is an important index to test the ship's course control performance.In this paper,a relatively complete ship hydraulic steering system model is established,and the intelligent control theory is applied to the ship course control system to realize its dynamic simulation process.Finally,the system model has been successfully applied to the DMS2016 marine engineering simulator.First,the mathematical model of pump's flow,the flow balance of the hydraulic system,the movement of the ram,the rudder angle and the calculation of the water resistance torque are established based on the working principle of the ship's hydraulic servo system.The mathematic model of above all each module is transformed to simulation model by Matlab simulation tool,and the model is verified by simulation.Secondly,the basic content of the ship motion space coordinate is analysed and researched,which gradually establishes the mathematical model of the first-order Nomoto ship motion.The breeze,waves and currents are transformed into additional rudder angle to superimpose on the ship movement model,the fuzzy PID control is applied to the marine course control.Simulink simulation toolbox is used to integrate the heading control,hydraulic steering gear,ship movement and interferential model to establish a complete ship hydraulic steering system.And the simulation of the system model is tested,and the simulation curve is analyzed to verify the correctness of the model.Finally,through the VC++ 6.0 software and actual ship data design the operation interface of hydraulic steering system,through the SUPERSIM platform to achieve 2d interface and 3d system of information exchange to achieve the synchronous operation of the 2d interface and 3d scene the marine,and ultimately complete the development and application of the DMS2016 simulator.
