Modeling And Simulation Of Ship Air Conditioning System

Ship air conditioning system is an important auxiliary equipment on ship.Its normal operation can effectively improve the air environment of the ship,and provide convenience for the crew's work and life.With the development of modern ship technology,the requirement of ship air conditioning system is higher and higher.The establishment of a mathematical model that can accurately reflect the characteristics of marine air conditioning system is of great significance to the operation control and performance analysis of the system.Therefore,the research on modeling and simulation of ship air conditioning system is particularly important.This paper take the air conditioning system of a training ship as the simulation object,in the first,analysis ship air conditioning system working principle and characteristics,according to the characteristics and working process,based on the basic law of conservation of energy,thermodynamics,heat transfer and so on,mainly including the establishment of a compressor,condenser,electronic expansion valve and evaporator for main equipment and the mathematical model of air conditioner and the cabin temperature mathematical model.The mathematical model of the air conditioner includes the mathematical model of the air cooler and the air heater.Based on establishing the mathematical model of the ship air conditioning system,establish the simulation model of ship air conditioning system by using Matlab/Simulink simulation software,and the simulation model of the real-time simulation results with actual data are basically the same,to further verify the correctness of the simulation model.In the system,the fuzzy control simulation are carried out for the important parameter-evaporator superheat,and it is controlled in a reasonable range.Finally,using Visual Studio 2013 as the system development environment,using C#programming language,combined with the custom control,design and develop ship air conditioning system simulation software,the developed software can simulate the working process of the air conditioning system,reflect the operation of air conditioning system and each part of it.
