Energy-saving is imperative because serious energy problems are associated with central air-conditioning system while it supplies comfort environment. How to do the designment of air-conditioning system and automatic control system for new buildings, and the energy consumption analysis, optimization control for existing building. These problems can affect greatly the total energy consumption. If we can develop an energy-saving control designing and analysising simulator, there will be important theoretical and practical significance on designment of air conditioning system and automatic control system for new buildings, and energy saving, research on the optimal control strategy and intelligent control methods of air-conditioning systems for existing building.In this paper, the simulator on air-conditioning system control will be established based on TRNSYS software. Firstly, the dynamic model of cooling coil was established by the sub-lumped parameter method. The dynamic heat transfer characteristics was studied when the water running or not. The results show:the fluctuation of air flow rate has the greatest impact on the heat transfer of fan-coil, and increasing rate of heat transfer will decreases with increase of the air velocity; The control cycle of fan coil will be different with the different rise time of heat transfer.Secondly, the basic component and pipe network models of air conditioning system were established. Establishment of the pipe network model solves the difficulties of calculation convergence and increases the simulation speed.Thirdly, take the control of fan coil for example, the duty ratio fuzzy control was introduced, analysis Ke, Kec and TCYC, which have effect on the control effects, The simulation results show that:Ensure the control effect of room temperature,TCYC has the greatest impact on the control effect, Ke followed, Kec minimum.Finally, Taking a holiday hotel as the simulation object, the simulator on Air-conditioning system automatic control was established. Simulation results show that this simulator be suitable for simulation research.
