Research Of Administrative For Office Building

The advancement of urbanization requires diverse administration and growing volume of business,and thus regional government transits from authoritative organizations to service organizations which are committed to serve the public.The needs for improving work efficiency pushes the decision-makers to transform traditional working methods.Those changes pose new challenges to the design of administrative buildings.Through transformation,the new administrative office buildings not only can avoid destroying and save financial fund,but also can adjust to the new demands of administrative offices and improve administrative efficiency.In addition,the internal and external surroundings of the transformed buildings can be improved.Therefore,the study on the transformation of administrative buildings is of great significance.The first chapter first introduces the current situation of the existing administrative buildings in China,and the influences of policies,economy and future development on the reformation of buildings.The purposes and meanings of reforming administrative office buildings are explained and the domestic and foreign studies of reforming buildings are also discussed in this chapter.The second chapter focuses on the current administrative office buildings and reforming reasons.The reformation reasons include improvement in urbanization,sustainable development of buildings,transformation of administrative concepts,perfection of designing concepts and development of information technology,and so on.The third chapter studies the different methods to reform office buildings.As a type of office buildings,the reformation of administrative office buildings can refer to the reformation of office buildings.This chapter focuses on improving the internal structures and external surroundings,and also summarizes the ecological reformation of office buildings from the angle of architecture.The fourth chapter is the case study of the administrative office buildings of Yaohai District in Hefei City.The current situations of the office buildings and the problems in using the buildings are explained in this chapter.Corresponding solutions to reform the exhibition hall,business offices and local surroundings are proposed.The significances of this reformation are summarized in the end of this chapter.The fifth chapter summarizes this study results and emphasizes the importance of reforming administrative office buildings.Both the significance and the limitations of this dissertation are pointed out in the end.
