Research On The Design Mode Of Combining Spatial Organization And Passive Strategy In Office Buildings

Since the end of last century to the beginning of this century,the process of urbanization has accelerated significantly,and a large number of public buildings have been built.Using the concept of green building can effectively reduce the high energy consumption of buildings.In terms of introducing passive building strategies,the industry generally focuses on the design of enclosures and materials rather than the building space itself,which is leading the industry to deviate from the nature of buildings.Office building is an important type of public building.Its energy consumption characteristics and spatial organization pattern are typical in public buildings.The passive design strategy as the starting point,through the creation of rich spatial organization design,can significantly improve the office building interior space experience.This paper takes office architecture as the research object,combines the analysis perspective of typology,comprehensively applies the case analysis method,field investigation method,literature research method and other research methods to study the design mode of combining the spatial organization of office buildings with passive strategies.According to different surrounding environment and climate characteristics of buildings,different targeted spatial organization and design patterns are proposed to realize building energy saving and optimize building space experience.The research results of this paper further improve the system of green building design based on passive design strategy of building space theoretically,and provide reference for the practice of green building design based on space organization in different regions and climates.The thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1)Sort out and analyze typical problems existing in passive design of office buildings.(2)In view of typical problems,corresponding passive design measures are found from three aspects: external environment,internal space and enclosure structure.(3)Using the method of typology and case analysis,combined with the design of specific office building space node types,three solutions are mainly proposed: the buffer space that can be adjusted externally,the interior space design based on passive potential mining,and the enclosure interface design that can adapt to the space mode.(4)From the perspective of architectural typology,nine different spatial organization modes of passive design that can be used in architectural practice are proposed according to five different climate characteristics,and practical cases corresponding to the modes are found.
