In the 2016 Years,national real estate development investment 102581 Billion yuan,rose by 6.9%.In recent years,as China’s rapid social and economic development,the construction industry is an important pillar industry of China’s national economy.Construction scale gradually expanded,along with scientific and technological development,science technology has been steadily improving in the construction industry,the construction process is more diverse and complex.Quality issues compared with project cost,schedule,and is even more important.In this case,traditional construction management has been unable to comply with the speed of development of modern construction.Construction project is in itself a complex engineering systems.Improve the quality of construction,increase the utilization of building materials,reduce construction pollution,less rework.The concept of green building is also deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Domestic construction engineering quality worrying,especially in developed countries,unsatisfactory.In this environment,the urgent need of a new technology to improve the quality and management of construction projects in China.The quality of the project directly affects the service life of the construction project,if the major problems of quality appears in the future,will cause huge economic losses,make a huge impact.Owners on the quality requirements are getting higher and higher.The traditional quality control of low degree of information technology,information sharing and collaboration difficulties,low degree of visualization,the lack of quality management concept.The emergence and development of BIM technology(Building Information Modeling)provides a new method for the construction project quality management.This paper aiming at the disadvantage of traditional quality control and the development trend of informatization in construction industry,Based on the research status of domestic and foreign research of BIM theory and its related software,from the perspective of construction enterprises.First of all,the BIM concept and basic theories of quality management was introduced;Then,the traditional quality control methods are analyzed and analyzed to analyze the existing problems and causes,compared with the BIM technology to introduce some of the characteristics and advantages,And then BIM technology into the construction quality management;then try to build BIM-based qualitymanagement framework in the construction phase,the establishment of the basic database,refine and standardize the responsibilities of various departments and process management processes;Then,the actual project of construction enterprise is taken as an example,and the construction quality management based on BIM is comprehensively sorted.Finally,through the successful application of A project BIM quality control,and the obstacles and difficulties encountered in BIM application are put forward.It is intended to provide useful guidance for the subsequent development and application of BIM technology through the study of this paper.
