Study On Quality Control Of Construction Projects

Quality check process, statistical quality management process and all-around quality management is the three process of quality management. Accordant standards of quality management and quality guarantee have produced, and None Limitation method and 6σmethod have been come forth. The 21st century is a century focusing on the quality and the definition of the quality control has been profoundly extended. At the same time, some problems have been exposed while the all-around quality control has been put into practice, so its principles and methods must be well developed in the 21st century. On the basis of studying the problems existing in our country's all-around quality control, and from three aspects of the work out of the quality plan, the quality guarantee and the quality control, I have done an elementary research on how to improve the quality control of our country's architectural construction projects. In the article, I have promoted some new definitions and related measures to consolidate the quality control of the whole process of the construction projects, thus to solve various kinds of the problems in the quality control of our country's architectural construction projects at present. Construction technology management, the management of construction methods and production element management are the three main aspects of the quality control of the architectural construction projects. This article has brought forward some proposes on how to do well in any of the aspects and how to deal with their co-relationship. On the other hand, the article also investigates the configuration of the quality control system that based on the technology of the LAN. This article also presents an outline and the functions of the system. In addition, the article also works over some other sides related to the system, such as the system exploitation method and so on. In a word, the article has put forward some advisable measures on how to improve the quality control standard. The main innovations in this article are as follows.① 6σQuality Management method has been applied in the process of composition of quality plan, and the idea has been put in practice .② The measures for Organization of quality guarantee have been put forward.③ Quality control of construction has been analyzed through various factors of construction. ④ Environment of construction is been taken into account in the process of construction information design.
