With the accelerating process of industrialization in our country,the environmental pollution caused by industrialization is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,the exhaust gas with high dust content in the process of industrial production is the important cause of haze.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region It is one of the most serious air pollution in the country.Hebei Datang International Wangtan Power Plant to solve the electrostatic discharge of dust emissions exceeded the standard,the introduction of flue gas quenching and tempering system.In this paper,the flue gas quenching and tempering system as the research object,try to study the flue gas modulation technology control in the application of power plants and its implementation,expect the same industry flue gas modulation technology application and implementation of the theory and practical reference.First of all,this paper introduces the relationship between dust removal efficiency and dust characteristics of ESP,and finds out the reasons that affect the efficiency of dust removal in Wangtan Power Plant.The mechanism of flue gas quenching and tempering was introduced,and the selected technological process was introduced,including the integrated box area,sulfur reserve area and gun area.The requirements of the SKID and the sulfur reserve area control are put forward,and the contents of the simulation control,the switch quantity control and the alarm chain protection are designed according to the requirements.In order to integrate the flue gas conditioning system into the auxiliary control network system of Wang Tan power plant,a network topology diagram is designed.A control system based on Schneider PLC is adopted.Debug the flue gas conditioning system.The feasibility and rationality of the application of flue gas quenching and tempering technology are verified by analyzing the operation effect of the system.
