In recent years,to improve the constuction effciency and intelligentize level of electric power project,fabricated substation is proposed by the State Grid.In this paper,some designs of front wiring secondary device and fornt openning secondary panel are proposed,which resolve th e limitations of existing back wiring scheme in modular design.Devices in similar function need to be installed together.Based on different functions,the secondary devices in 110 k V substation are devided into AC and DC integrated power supply modular,s ubstation level modular,communication modular and so on.The optimum distribution is studied.Then,plug and play technology is analyzed.The results show that prefabricated fiber optic cable with two cable heads and prefabricated cable with one cable head can meet the requirement of modular design well in 110 k V substation.In addition,the transportation scheme of secondary modular devices is mentioned.The prefabricating range and connection plan are designed.The structure and material of prefabricated cabin are compared and investigated.Based on the research above,a whole secondary devices design is proposed for 110-C-7 and 110-C-8,which are widely used in Anhui province.Meanwhile,the amount of prefabricated fiber opticable and prefabricated cable is counted for other projects.The result shows that the design proposed exactly save land resources,decrease the amount of prefabricated cabin,improve the operating factor and reduce the erection time.
