In recent years,the modular substation,which is newly promoted and applied by the State Grid Corporation,is one of the achievements of the development and deepening of the construction of intelligent substation.It is based on smart substation,relocating the overall functional requirements and equipment configuration in the station.This model takes optimizing equipment integration,maximizing prefabrication processing and minimizing installation as the design concept.It uses key technologies such as prefabricated cabin secondary assembly equipment,assembly building,prefabricated cables,standardized design,factory processing,and many other advantages,such as high occupancy efficiency,high reliability and high construction efficiency.This paper takes the construction project of 66 k V Huanan Intelligent Station as the platform,integrates the modular design concept,and focuses on the following tasks.For the first part,the load density index method is used to forecast the load of the power supply area,and then the necessity of engineering construction is clarified.Through power flow calculation and analysis,the impact on the regional power grid framework after the proposed station is connected to the system is analyzed.Based on the results of short-circuit current calculation,the main equipment selection and calibration are carried out,and the primary system wiring and general layout are defined.For the second part,the "three-tier two-network" network structure with the characteristics of intelligent station is described,and the protection scheme,equipment configuration and SV/GOOSE network structure of the main transformer,66 k V and 10 k V of the station and the measurement and control device of public equipment are emphatically designed.In addition,the related parameters of AC/DC integrated power supply system are calculated,and the fault recorder and network analysis device,dispatching automation,and the optical fiber protection transformation of the opposite substation are designed.The modular configuration scheme of prefabricated cabin secondary combination equipment + secondary equipment room combination equipment + intelligent control cabinet + prefabricated cables is proposed,which is also the highlight of modular construction in this paper.Relying on the principle of modular division of secondary combination equipment,multi-modular combination layout is carried out to maximize the realization of large-scale production,integrated debugging and modular distribution in factories.Secondary equipment optical cables and some secondary equipment cables adopt zero-terminal,non-fused "Plug and Play" standardized connection,and combined with typical prefabrication schemes,the application statistics of prefabricated optical cables and cables in the whole station are carried out.Based on the prefabrication of the whole optical cable station,the optimum integration scheme of the local optical cable station is proposed.Combining with the example of our site,this paper expounds the interpretation and configuration flow of SCD configuration file,and uses SCD file to export virtual terminal logical connection table.Subscribers can intuitively detect the result of secondary "virtual loop" connection of the whole station.Finally,the pictorial display of the actual construction results of the site,and based on the situation of operation and maintenance,put forward some suggestions.This substation is located in Harbin City Road Outside District of Heilongjiang Province.It has been running since 2018 and has achieved good results.It meets the increasing demand of power supply area and provides a reference for the substation to be built in the province.
