| Along with the rapid development of technology and economy,a large number of supercritical 600 MW power units were put into operation and have gradually become the dominant power force.As the core components of energy conversion in thermal power plant,steam turbine undertakes the important task of power production.In the process of rapid development and manufacturing application,steam turbines are gradually exposed problems such as structural design of unreasonable,the installation quality of ministry sets is not high,and equipment failure warning device is not reliable.These problems directly lead to outages and accidents,which could bring the losses of the power plant and the power grid.With the collection and generalization of supercritical 600 MW unit common vibration fault treatment,upgrading for online monitoring device of power plant turbines is the energy industry research.After studying the common faults of 600 MW steam turbine such as blade fracture,crack,turbine rotor rubbing and so on,this paper displayed statistical distribution and main faults characteristics of supercritical steam turbine in recent years,and developed a set of rotating machinery vibration online monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on IEEE 802.11. |
