Based on the study on the method of fault diagnosis and the development of thesystem of vibration monitoring, the application of vibration monitoring and thetechnique of dynamic balancing are studied, and the turbine-generator shaft vibrationremote monitoring and fault diagnosis system are developed consequently. Theapplication technique of the balance in actual system is analyzed and the influencecoefficient method of multi-plane and multi-rev influence coefficient method are studiedin depth as well. Meanwhile, some improved methods are put forward in this thesis.Furthermore, the function of the system is designed according to the task of vibrationonline monitoring and the diagnosis system and the structure. A new data transmissionmethod is introduced which combines the UDP and FTP together aimed at the demand ofthe network communication used in vibration monitoring and fault analysis and thuseffectively solves this very crucial problem.
