With the rapid development of science,the market environment is very intense,the rapid development of project management,and gradually evolved into high-end,technical management methods.The current project management gradually become more and more complex,the theory of maturity is also getting higher and higher.As the substation construction project is more complex and the environment is not high,the substation project construction generally appeared resource shortage,the project process is overdue,leading to the cost beyond the expected situation.Traditional project schedule management methods also have many drawbacks in practical application.For example,the key lines that are determined are often lack of consideration of resource constraints,resulting in the estimated duration is too long to be able to respond effectively to random events.Based on the key chain process management method is gradually applied to the project management,which combines the time estimation method and the probability theory to determine the project duration,with particular emphasis on the importance of resources in the project schedule management,based on the key chain of progress management more in line with the current project schedule Management,for the new substation project in the progress of the problem,through the introduction of key chain technology,is conducive to the rapid settlement of the existing problems in the construction and to promote the project completed on schedule.Based on the research of key chain project management at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the basic theory,basic assumptions,core contents and implementation steps of key chain project management.And analyzes the problems in the traditional construction project progress management,and puts forward the management way based on the key chain technology.This paper proposes a method to determine the duration of the key chain technology,determine the process buffer,construct the construction project progress management model based on the key chain technology,and put forward some important points for the practical application of the model.Finally,the paper introduces the construction of a substation project in Inner Mongolia.In this paper,the progress of the construction project of Inner Mongolia 500 k V substation is taken as the research object.According to the idea of key chain technology,the process time is reestablished,and the key chain of the project is analyzed under the premise of considering the resource constraints,thus determining the substation based on the key chain technology Project schedule and verify the superiority of the key chain technology,proving that the key chain technology progress control model can be promoted in the project construction...
