| Induced draft fan as an important auxiliary equipment in coal-fired power plants,its energy consumption is an important factor affecting the economy of the plant.To further tap the potential of energy saving power plant,demonstration of the feasibility of ID fan driven by small steam turbine technology transformation,the research object of this paper is to study the 600 MW subcritical pure condensing unit of a coal fired power plant,based on the parameters and characteristics of thermal system in power plant,reference to the reform and practice of the steam-driven draft fans of other power plants in China,analysis of the relevant characteristics of related parameters of the boiler flue gas systems,and through the analysis of the steam quantity balance of small steam turbine,the selection of steam and water system and the boiler explosion proof,the axial thrust of the main engine,the operation mode and the response of the steam induced draft fan under abnormal conditions,it is clear that the back pressure type small steam turbine is suitable for the transformation of the driving turbine of the ID fan of the 600 MW subcritical pure condensing coal fired unit.At last,the thesis introduces two economic analysis methods,the method based on equivalent enthalpy drop and method based on fast decision algorithm,combined with the power plant’s actual situation,economic analysis method based on fast decision algorithm is introduced,energy saving,emission reduction benefit,investment and recovery period were analyzed before and after the small steam turbine drive technological transformation of the ID fan.As a mature and widely used industrial steam turbine,small steam turbine has a good performance in the field of electricity,petroleum,chemical industry,ship and so on.The 600 MW units in our country are the main active models,and boiler induced draft fan is a large power plant energy,under the background of increasingly stringent requirements at the national energy-saving emission reduction,to further explore its potential of energy saving,to seek the feasibility of innovative application technology has become the focus of domestic power enterprises.The research results of this paper have a great reference value for the transformation of the existing 600 MW capacity grade sub critical coal-fired unit boiler induced draft fan. |
