| Steam turbine is an electricity device using the steam produced by boiling water as dielectric which drives turbine rotor into high-speed rotation and changes heat energy into mechanical energy.Nuclear power plants,coal-fired power plants are both using steam turbine driving generator rotor into high speed rotation to produce electric power.Steam turbine plays an important role in our country’s power plant field.Due to the rapid development of Chine’s economy in recent years,it continuously increases the demand for electricity,on the other hand,in order to protect the environment and improve air quality,the requirement of energy conservation and emissions reduction of steam turbine power station,especially coal steam turbine constantly improve.Coal steam turbine upgrading is an important means to reduce coal consumption in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,the original design of structure,the type of through-flow and the problems in operation of subcritical 600 MW unit 4 in Qitaihe power plant are analyzed and summarized in detail,and puts forward problems to be solved.According to the problems,the purpose,principle,scope and technology to be adopted of the optimization reform have been drawn up.the economic and security of upgrading are also formulated.The main purpose of the optimization and upgrading of Qitaihe No.4 steam turbine is to realize energy saving and Increasing unit efficiency under the premise of ensuring the safety of the unit.This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the problems through the original design structure,design concept and the problems existing in the original unit,and gives the contents of the research.The principle and overall plan for upgrading of steam turbines have been formulated Through research,detailed design,calculation and combined with the limitations of unit upgrading: Reaction turbine instead of impulse turbine to improve the efficiency of the unit through replace the rotor and blade;Replace the high pressure inner cylind with nozzle to solve the gas leakage caused by too much inner lining of this unit;Eliminate deformation hazards through Change the low pressure inner cylinder material and the structure.Through this scheme,the optimization and upgrading of the steam turbine is to improve the efficiency of the turbine and reduce the coalconsumption of the unit.After optimized updating applying this scheme on the original unit,the thermal evaluating test shows the unit heat consumption optimization is very obvious. |
