The occurrence of power outrage,not only causes highly economic losses for the power companies and users but also has an important impact on stability and reliability of the electric power system.Optimizing power outages can provide accurate and reliable information,optimal power outages solutions and decision support for power management.At the same time,it can calculate the loss of power outage effectively and provide realtime precise data for rating power outage,be beneficial to reduce the loss and restore the power as soon as possible.Based on those points,research work in this thesis mainly focus on as follows:Firstly,the studying of estimation for power outages losses.Target of optimizing power outages is to minimize the power outages losses and the thesis studies the power outages influence of the power companies and users.An outage loss estimation method was proposed based on the losses and influencing factors combined with estimation method and section thoughts.Secondly,the topology analysis of power grid based on GIS.Based on the research of the topology model for power GIS and its automatic generation algorithm,presenting a method which is compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the topology analysis methods and combined with incidence matrix and circuit matrix to complete the rapid generation and efficient analysis for topological structure.Thirdly,the studying of estimation for power outages losses of optimal power outrage model based on DNN.Induction with the restricted boltzmann machine algorithm,the thesis studies the deep neural network model and combined with the particularity of the power system,optimal parameter optimization and incremental feedback algorithm to optimize the algorithm.The results show that the optimal power outages model with DNN can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the calculation.Finally,the optimal power outages model proposed in this paper is integrated into the power WebGIS sharing platform.Through the integration of data,the integration of functional modules and the integration of system coding,the optimal power outages model is completed by combining the functions of the existing platform and integration of Power WebGIS.
