With the development of energy Internet technology,the requirement of communication system is increasing.Energy Internet is built on the basis of the existing smart grid,so the information communication system also need to rely on the existing power communication system.In the electric power communication system,the single mode of communication is unable to meet the demand of the power network to the information communication system.So the paper based on the scientific research project of the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid about power line communication technology,the key technology of multi-mode fusion and multi-service access communication,and the power line communication technology of the energy internet,puts forward the design of communication architecture of multi-media heterogeneous network and the research on network handover technology.In the paper,firstly,based on the analysis of the basic theory and the key technology of energy internet,this paper proposes the overall design of the energy internet.Secondly,an analysis is made on the existing various communication methods.The emphasis is on the channel characteristics and application scenarios of wireless communication and power line carrier communication.The simulation includes the noise characteristics of power line carrier communication and its attenuation characteristics and the attenuation characteristics of wireless communication.Finally,according to the key technologies involved in the process of heterogeneous network handover,the specific scheme of network handover is proposed.And through the comparative analysis of the existing algorithm and their advantages and disadvantages,combined with the demand characteristics of the heterogeneous network handover algorithm,a heterogeneous network handover algorithm based on AHP(Hierarchy Process Analytic,analytic hierarchy process)and TOPSIS is proposed.Through the establishment of the simulation model,using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software on the average weight and the use of AHP and TOPSOS combination algorithm of multiple network selection results were compared and analyzed.The reliability and security of the proposed algorithm are verified.
