With the vigorous development of the Internet and mobile technology,the Internet of Vehicle has emerged as time require.The multi terminal on vehicle uses a variety of network access technologies to transfer datas and then form the heterogeneous vehicular network.Vertical channel handover is an important issue in heterogeneous network convergence,and it is also one of the hot topics in recent years.This thesis designs a vertical handover algorithm and a high-level non-sensing handover scheme in order to meet the demand of vertical handover in heterogeneous vehicle network.Finally,this thesis verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm and builds a test system in real scene in order to realize vertical handover between vehicle nodes.The main research of this thesis is as follows:(1)Aiming at the related technologies of the vehicular network,this thesis designes an application-sharing heterogeneous vehicular network in urban area/high-speed road scene,which lays a foundation of subsequent theoretical research.(2)Aiming at the problem of vertical handover decision in the application-sharing heterogeneous vehicular network,this thesis aims to construct a vertical handover decision algorithm,in order to improve the utilization of WLAN network and reduce the incidence of ?ping-pong? effect with the full use of vehicular nodes knowing the motion state of other vehicular nodes.At last,this thesis will build simulation model,in order to compare thesis' s algorithm with other algorithms.(3)For the application-sharing heterogeneous vehicular network,there is a high-level session interruption problem in existing schemes.Also,those schemes have a long time delay in handover and the successful rate is low.According to the defects in the existing scheme,a new handover scheme is designed with a low time delay,high successful rate and no-perceptive high-level switching as the goal.The overall plan of this scheme is to combine UDP with TCP,design a session to maintain the transmission protocol and make sure the terminal to handover smoothly through the immutability of the virtual identity to enable the persistence of the high-level session.(4)In real scene,this thesis uses the mobile phone terminal replaces the vehicle mutil terminal,the WIFI network replaces the 802.11 p network,to build a test system under the WIFI/LTE heterogeneous network,in order to verify the feasibility of the vertical handover system.After the actual simulation and verification of the vertical handover algorithm and scheme,the fuzzy logic handover decision algorithm and the session-holding transmission protocol designed in this thesis effectively reduce the vertical handover delay of heterogeneous vehicle network,improve the accuracy of handover,and achieve high-level non-sensing handover.
