The optimized design of noumenon structure of the large-scale electrostatic precipitator is realized adopting modern design means. How to get rational structure, lighten the weight, save the material and reduce the cost , are problems needed to be solved immediately which have very important practice meanings . Contraposing the structural feature of the H6083 large-scale electrostatic precipitator of Haimao Technology Company of Beijing , a design method of computer composited system has been brought out in this thesis with technical designing, strength analyse and system optimization . The integration theoretics, the implementation framework and the key technology have been studies and discussed. The main study contents are:(1) A system framework of the noumenon structure optimized designing of the large-scale electrostatic precipitator has been constructed dealing with the user's need based on the H6083 open air large-scale electrostatic precipitator.(2) The noumenon structure of the electrostatic precipitator has been disjoined rationally. every part has been constructed to parameterized modal using Pro/Engineer. As the modal support of the whole system , parameterized solid modal has been constructed for the whole noumenon structure of the electrostatic precipitator.(3) A parameterized driving mode of the parameterized modals has been constructed using the technology of Toolkit.(4) Seamless link between the software Pro/E and ANSYS has been realized. Predigested modal of the Pro/E has been transmitted into the ANSYS straightly .The integration of CAD and CAE has been realized indeed.(5) In ANSYS, solid modal has been plotted out into elements and ensured the boundary condition based on the feature of the modal structure. The stress and strain of the noumenon structure of electrostatic precipitator has been analyzed and calculated. The results have been feed back as text and pictures.The study of this thesis has finished a foundation for the optimized design of the noumenon structure of the large-scale electrostatic precipitator.
