A non-asbestos fiber gaskets is a kind of sealing element which can be used in all aspects of life and production.Compared with traditional asbestos gasket,non-asbestos gaskets has the advantages of little pollution and free harm,but its performance is not yet asbestos gasket.In order to improve the the performance of non-asbestos gasket,you can start from two points:First,change the material formula;Second,optimize the material preparation process.At present,most of the researches on improving the performance of non-asbestos gaskets are very few from the formulation of materials,and the research on the process is very little.Therefore,by changing the process conditions to improve non-asbestos sealing gasket is the core content of this paper.The main work is summarized as follows:1.Studied on the interfacial theory and bonding mechanism of composites,it was found that the effects of different fiber lengths on the bonding conditions were different different.That laid the theoretical foundation for the effect of different fiber lengths on the performance of non-asbestos gaskets.2.Fibers were cutted by the trough frequency beating machine,and different length fibers of components were get by Bauer-McNett calssifer in order to prepare experimental samples required.3.The experiments of non-asbestos gasket that made by Beater-Addition were designed by Uniform experiment.The performance of the prepared gasket was tested and the linear regression analysis was carried out,and the mathematical model was verified.4.The influence of fiber length on the performance of non-asbestos gasket was found through the performance analysis of the preparation gasket,especially the effect of PPTA-pulp was the most significant.
