Electric energy substitution is an innovative idea and an important measure to solve the energy shortage,to alleviate the problem of atmospheric change,to build a green energy consumption model.However,the promotion of smart home devices and other devices are changing the residential users of electricity and the peak load demand of traditional residential areas,and with the promotion of electric energy alternative.Therefore,under the background of electric energy substitution,how to use the advanced information and communication technologies in the area of power grid and electricity sectors,providing energy management and optimization control of home appliances and other services for the required infrastructure.This paper will discuss the issue.Based on the above problems,this paper has carried out the research on the optimal control strategy of the whole intelligent home appliances under the background of electric energy substitution.First of all,in order to solve the issue that the data to solve the optimization problem is difficult to obtain,we propose a copula based theory of household electricity scene simulation method,using small sample data to construct the copula function of appliances opening time and use time correlation.Generating larger data sets as the research samples for analysis.Electric data support optimization strategy.Secondly,aiming at the single user,this paper uses the utility theory of economics to simulate the satisfaction degree of the users to use the electrical appliances,and then guide the power users to develop a power optimization strategy which is in line with their own preferences.Finally,according to the concentration of user groups within the district for electrical equipment opened may cause partial peak load of the District,this paper presents a family load management optimization strategy based on start up time delay,the phase can be in the rush hour load of each load cycle is applied to an optimal delay to load the goal of equalization.
